We provide a tiered discount structure based on the total amount spent. The more you purchase, the larger trade discount you receive.

Yes, a minimum of £175 per order and over £2000 per annum. If your unique discount code is unused after 3 months we will review your discount and work with you to see how we can help grow your spend and carry on using your favourable discount.

Please complete the trade application form below and we will assign you a unique discount code to use when placing your orders online or if you prefer, by phone.

If your order weighs under £2Kg the cost is £9.50 plus vat and will be sent by Royal Mail.  Between 2 - 10 kg the cost is £15.00 plus vat and will be sent by a courier.

You can speak to any of the Crystal Parade team about your order but you will be assigned a dedicated account manager if your spend is over £5k per annum.

We will ask that you pay for your first order immediately but all future orders will be on 30 days credit.

We work with several suppliers/factories and therefore are able to source almost any embellishment.  Please contact us about a specific product, we will endeavour to source it for you. Did you know that Zodiac crystals can be customised? We can supply almost any shape in any of the colours offered in the Zodiac range of crystals.

Items which are ordered in specifically for you are non-refundable.  If the items you wish to return are general stock items and in their sealed packs we will issue a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

Sparkle points are not available to trade accounts.
