Crystal Parade

I’ve just used Crystal Parade for the first time and I’m very impressed with their service and delivery. There was a short delay due to availability of the quantity I needed but I was kept informed and the crystals were dispatched on the estimated date and arrived next day. Lovely helpful staff! I have been using the hot fix crystals with applicator tool, and it’s so easy to use with fabulous results. I have added sparkles to my skate leggings and to a plain dress ready for a Christmas do. There are so many colours available, and the customer service is just fantastic. Thank you and I look forward to decorating many more items.

The crystals and the range of them are outstanding, there really is something for every occasion. What stood out to me though is the customer service. In a world of bots and AI, being actually able to speak to a real person about a difficulty I was having with an item (user error not item error) was heavenly.

It's 2025 and real, meaningful, customer service seems to have vanished so to find that crystal parade actually cares about their customer's experience brings an actual tear to my eye.

I am an acrobactic gymnastics coach and our team wear some very spectacular crystalised leotards.
I needed some replacement crystals and was having trouble finding them online. I found Crystal parade who were so helpful I sent them a sample of the crystals I needed and they immediately replied with the ones I wanted.
