Crystal Parade delivers to over 30 countries including Australia, New Zealand & USA. Our service is fast, efficient and hassle-free and we are renowned for the speed with which we process and deliver our customers orders. For instance, all orders received Monday to Friday before 3pm are dispatched the same day*. Receiving your goods couldn’t be easier, once you have selected the products you want to purchase and have completed your transaction, your order then makes its way to our customer services team to be prepped. Our friendly team then make sure your parcel is beautifully wrapped, packed and dispatched so that it arrives with you safe and sound. Please note all delivery charges are inclusive of VAT

Additional Delivery Information
Crystal Parade aims to dispatch all our orders within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will usually be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. However, in some cases this may vary.
Orders placed from outside the EU will not be charged VAT and may incur import duty and taxes. For more information on customs charges please contact your local customs office. Crystal Parade is unable to refund any custom fees and has no control over any such charges.
If in the unlikely event you wish to return the goods you have purchased from Crystal Parade, please notify us in writing within 2 days of receipt of the goods and make the return within 7 days of the purchase date.
*Please note the following conditions
- Goods must be returned to Crystal Parade in their original packaging, unopened and in a saleable condition. We are unable to accept or refund any returns for goods which have been opened.
- Goods must be returned in a securely packaged, padded envelope via an insurable, traceable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. Crystal Parade will not be liable for items which go missing.
- Crystal Parade is not liable for refunding postage costs, unless the error is on our side.
- Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our side.
- A handling fee of 50% is levied on all returns except where it can be proved that Crystal Parade has made an order error.
- All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice, together with the customers full name, address & telephone number.
- Fabrics and Trimmings:
- We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on products that are cut to a specified length. These include cut length fabrics, cut length dress fabrics, feathers, fringe, ribbon, binding, borders and other trimmings. This does not affect your statutory rights
- We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on any item from our Trimmings range as these are cut to order.
