COVID 19 Update
Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are well and staying safe throughout these very challenging times.
Following last nights announcements Crystal Parade are still open for business.
There are some changes, however. I will be working solely in the office processing your orders. The rest of the Crystal Parade team are self isolating and working from home. So please, don’t worry – we will be answering any queries you have and processing your orders.
It is inevitable that there will be a decline in orders and it may be we will be reducing hours in the office, so if you cannot get through to us over the phone, please drop us an email. We will be picking these up hourly/daily.
Other than myself, no one will be stepping over the threshold into the business premises.
I have also received communication from Swarovski, Preciosa and Royal Mail that there may be impact on deliveries;
Swarovski and Preciosa are still working to process orders however, on a temporary basis to protect their workforce, they are on reduced working capacity.
This may lead to delays on the dispatch of our shipments.
Royal Mail have suspended the Special Delivery next day by 1pm guarantee until further notice.
As a result of this they will not refund any Special Delivery postage costs if items do not arrive within the usual guaranteed time. Special Delivery items will still be given priority and Royal Mail will aim to get them to you on time.
Royal Mail have put a temporary procedure in place regarding capturing signatures on delivery. To protect the workforce, they will not be requesting a signature but will capture the recipient’s name and will ensure that the item is taken in.
Additionally, to help all of our customers with getting creative during these self isolating times, we are putting some Crystal Craft Kits together and will be sharing these with you via social media.
